Architectural lighting allows you to highlight or accentuate the design of a building or space. With our Archiball you put a spotlight on it, in a very literal sense. This spherical fixture has a luxurious look and is ideal for use in a hospitality setting. Think of a restaurant or the lobby of a hotel.
The name Archiball tells you exactly what kind of fixture it is. Archi stands for architectural, ball for… well, ball. There is no shortage of round or rectangular fixtures, but spherical ones are much more rare. But that’s what makes it so much fun. The Archiball can be rotated, so that the end user can create different spotlights. The fact that it’s not halved precisely through the middle gives it a playful character.
The Archiball can be mounted directly on the wall or ceiling, but you can also turn it into a pendant fixture and hang it above a bar or table. Place about three to five in a row at different heights and you already get a very nice effect. In shops or modern facilities with a track rail , the Archiball can also be hung in a different places at any time, just by moving it along the railing.
With an output of 1000 lumens and colour temperatures of either 2700 or 3000 Kelvin, the Archiball is a real mood setter and provides a perfect alternative to halogen lighting. It also works with existing halogen dimmers, making it easy to install and a durable replacement.
I’m sure you’ve got the memo already, but we are very proud of our Archiball. A lot of work went into creating such a versatile product that still manages to live up to its architectural name. There are plenty of other applications for the Archiball, but we gladly leave those to the imagination of the light architects. Although, we are always happy to help in that regard.
